Newsletters represent your organization to your reader. You want them to be visually appealing, interesting to read, and regularly published. This requires professionals who will dedicate their time and effort to careful planning and strong attention to detail, to turn out the best newsletter possible. OUT THERE PRODUCTIONS offers unsurpassed quality in newsletter production; contact us for more information on how we can help.

Keep Your Clients Informed

A newsletter catered to your customers is the perfect vehicle to regularly provide valuable information about your business and services, and remind your clients that you're concerned about their interests. Your client newsletter can:

  • Effectively demonstrate the permanence and reliability of your Company by regularly promoting your services and products.
  • Introduce new staff, services and products to current and potential clients.
  • Improve relations between clients and those within your Company who serve them.
  • Say something good about your Company on a regular basis.
  • Provide your Company added exposure, thereby increasing your opportunities for new business.

Improve Employee Relations

Employee newsletters strengthen the communications links between senior officials and employees, and provide a much needed vehicle to pass along information between departments and organizations. In addition, if your employees are scattered across a wide region, a newsletter can lessen those geographic distances. Employee newsletters give you regular opportunities to:

  • Introduce new employees, benefits and policies.
  • Promote camaraderie between divisions or regional offices.
  • Improve employee relations by featuring key programs and corporate developments.
  • Motivate employees by rewarding them for achievements.
  • Feature employee activities both on and off the job.
  • Examine and explain corporate goals and objectives using firsthand news directly from senior staff.
  • Find out what employees want to know via Question & Answer columns.
  • Present regular features from the President's desk, quality control groups, marketing and sales departments, etc.

Cost-Effective Publishing

Publishing a newsletter doesn't have to be an expensive effort. Here are some suggestions we for lowering production and distribution costs:

One-Color Printing. Multicolor newsletters can be expensive, but a one-color newsletter is quite cost effective (almost 75% less than full-color). Don't be misled into believing you need lots of color for impact: a properly designed one-color format provides surprising visual appeal.

Print Shells. Print an annual stock of 11 x 17 inch sheets with your masthead and a few color areas based on a predefined template, to either laserprint or copy your newsletter in-house. Cost is drastically reduced since they're printed in bulk, and you're spared the added price of printing more than one color each time you publish your newsletter.

Distribute the newsletter electronically. Once the newsletter is ready for release, prepare an Acrobat file and e-mail it to your readers. Better yet, send it in html email format. You save all printing costs using this method, and since virtually everyone can be reached via e-mail, you save on postage as well.
